Canon HF10 Vixia Review

You can even make money off youtube with it!
Pros:
-          Great image and video quality with vivid colors
-          Easy to hold and use
-          Durable with a compact design
-          Easily connects to computer and TV
-          Fast focus
-          Appealing design
Cons:
-          Only a couple hours of battery life
-          Limited software capability
-          In the dark it doesn’t capture the high quality images that it does in light
-          Slight problems with the wind filter

After years of use, the Canon FH 10 surpassed the test of time providing high definition video for family gatherings to film school. Its sixteen GB internal flash drive proved useful, storing countless hours of film which could be easily upload to MAC or PC.
The excellent design of the camcorder makes it a stylish and easy to use at the same time. The size of the camera, 2.9 by 2.5 by 5.1 inches, makes it easy to use and carry around. Plus it is light weight only weighing 15.1 ounces. Its numerous manual controls make the camcorder easy to capture the perfect video or image.

Editing the video is also very easy and can easily be edited with iMovie on a MAC but can only be edited with a few more advanced softwares on a PC. Fortunately it comes with editing software suited for basic editing, and most advanced softwares can convert it to a normal file form.

The only flaws in the camcorder are its “short battery life” lasting just a couple hours and that the software can be bit confusing at first. But by ordering an extra battery the problem can easily be solved.

The bottom line is that the Canon HF10 VIXIA is a great camera debatably the best camera made by Canon. The minor flaws seem to be few and far between but should be taken inconsideration when you are making money on youtube and considering purchasing the camera. After lots of study and use, the Canon HF10 VIXIA receives a 4.5 out of 5 stars.
